The hotel's location on a secluded hillside made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Staff went above and beyond in their polite and helpful assistance, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

It is close to the airport. We were happy to find Hortela Pimenta 600 ft away, where we could eat. We loved staying at felissimo exclusive. We used free parking onsite.

the hotel was located in a beautiful and intimate location, away from the noise and bustle of the city. They provided us with great recommendations for nearby attractions and the hotel's grounds were lovely to explore. the food served was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
One downside to the hotel was its location, which required us to take a taxi everywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately, not many taxi drivers spoke English and some were unaware of where the hotel was located.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the service was superb and the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were the perfect places to relax in after a long day of exploring the area. the massage service was top-notch and the restaurant served delicious breakfast and special diet menus. the private facilities in the room were truly exclusive and made for a comfortable stay.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location. While it provided a peaceful atmosphere, it was a bit far from the attractions, and taxis were not always readily available.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel that had nice amenities, including a great restaurant and relaxing environment. The staff were friendly and made sure my stay was very comfortable. the rooms were spacious and had stunning balconies with beautiful views.
The hotel is located in a middle-class neighborhood surrounded by tall, unattractive buildings and is far from most attractions in town. The taxi rides to get to places were expensive and inconveniencing.

Our hotel is situated in a lovely area, on the top of a hill, it has a serene atmosphere and a beautiful view of the surroundings. the staff is very attentive and helpful, they know how to take care of their guests. the rooms are cozy, they have a private balcony, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and luxurious bedding. the breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options to choose from.
There are not many areas to explore outside of the hotel, so visitors may find themselves limited in terms of activities and entertainment.
